Information you submit

When you request an audit, consultation, research or checklist, Zatrion stores the contact and business details you submit so our team can respond and manage your request. These may include your name, email, phone, business location, services and website or Google Maps listing.

Website assistant

The guided assistant keeps a temporary conversation in a server session. If you choose AI conversation, your messages and conversation history are sent to OpenAI to generate answers. When you submit a brief with consent, your contact details, project details and conversation are saved for the team to follow up. You can clear the current conversation in chat; this does not delete a brief already submitted. Do not include sensitive information in messages. AI answers may need confirmation by our team.

Access and storage

Requests and uploaded documents are stored on our website’s hosting service. Authorized workspace owners and managers can review requests. Staff access is limited to their assigned tasks and linked PDFs. A client presentation with sharing enabled can be viewed by anyone who has its link.

Cookies and service providers

Essential session cookies support sign-in and request protection. A sidebar preference cookie remembers workspace navigation. Research figures are uploaded by our team for individual landing pages. There is no live Google Maps lookup. This website does not automatically subscribe checklist requesters to marketing messages.

Use our contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Include enough detail to identify your request; our team may need to verify it before making changes.
